Half-Conducting Checker 'ODC-489'
Equipped with DCR check mode as an additional feature! It checks the half-conducting state of the speaker.
The "ODC-489" is a device used to check the semi-conductive state (partial open circuit state) of speakers. It detects partial open circuit conditions caused by wire bending or twisting within the voice coil, as well as poor soldering or wrapping defects at the terminal section. First, it measures the DC resistance with a small current, then measures the load current under load operating conditions using a pulse signal, and finally measures the DC resistance again with a small current to compare and determine against good products. The judgment criterion is that when the difference in values from good products exceeds the set value, it is determined to be defective (semi-conductive or partial open circuit). 【Performance】 <DC Resistance Measurement> ■ Measurement Range: 2Ω to 200Ω (Measurement Current = 1mA) ■ Display Resolution: 0.1Ω ■ Measurement Time: 0.2S *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
